from what i have noticed it only does that for blue bottom disc's. i have the same problem, but i have a 2 year warrenty from best buy. i have been planning to send it to them for like a month but havent got around to it. they want me to put it in the original box with the stirofoam and shit but i only have the box. FUCK!!!
so i dont know what im going to do. i might just buy some of those small foam things and put it in thw box to keep it safe. But whatever
