Alright, here's what I think, the genes are yours, so you have the ultimate right to them, not some company, no matter how good for the world they might be, it isn't right for a company to take what makes you and patent it.

You should at least be able to get compensation for the genome and what it brings for the company, because for any company that is able to sell immunity to HIV will get enormous amounts of money, no doubt about it.

For the right amount of agreement, I would allow the company to use the genome, it would have to be a rather large amount of money, because you are basically prostituting yourself out to the world to save a disease.
