I've never heard anyone use "Whack your dilly"

I've heard some pretty crude ones, and some not so crude ones, but not this one... my math teacher and these guys have a joke but I can't quite think of it right now... but it has to do with jacking off... ehh, never mind... I'm going to leave this topic now.
