One day, this guy is walking around in the office when he sees this nice-looking woman and says to her, "Nice haircut". The woman, in response, gets pissed off at him and calls the cops on him. So the cops come and asked the woman what happened, so she tells them that the guy told her she had a nice haircut. So the cops say, "Well, what's wrong with that?". In response, the woman says, "The guy was a midget!!!"
