the fact that they can't speak english says alot about thier chances in this country when compared to a person who can speak english very well as an american born, as much as everyone might respect eachother, its all a competition for jobs.. and the one with the most going for them wins.
in the end.. the government is only trying to remain as unbias as possible, even tho we all know thats a crock of shit
for both sides of the spectrum.. (they're basically trying to cover thier ass)
